10Gbps Speed and Multi-shielded Cable
Ugreen Cat7 network Ethernet cable is capable of transmitting data at speed up to 10Gbps over 100m run of cable. It is made out of 4 shielded twisted pair (U/FTP) of copper wires with two RJ45 connectors on each end. Compared to the Cat 6 network Ethernet cable, the additional shielding and improved quality in twisting of the wires provides better protection from crosstalk, noise, and interference that can degrade the signal quality.

Universal Compatibility
Ugreen Network Ethernet cables offer universal connectivity to computers and network components, such as routers, switches, hubs, network printers, game boxes and network attached storage devices , Xbox, PS2,PS3,Ps4 and game boxes whit RJ45 port.

One-Sec Installation
Plug-&-play: Ready to use, once each end is connected to a respective port on a compatible device

Product Features
1. Standard: Cat 7; Meet TIA/EIA-568-B.2-10 Specfications,Backward compatible with Cat 5e / Cat 6 / Cat 6a Ethernet Cable
2. Conductor Construction: 8 wires Stranded Copper with shielding, much better than performance than copper clad aluminum (CCA) wire
3. Support bandwidth upto 600Mhz
4. Support speed up to 10Gbps
5. 26AWG, OD:6.3 mm
6. Gold Plated RJ45 connectors for optimized signal quality
7. 4PR UTP copper strands for minimal noise, interference & crosstalk
8. Tough, yet flexible PVC jacket & heavy-duty, snag-less mold

I opened the flat one up and it’s individually shielded I’m giving the flat cable a 5 but with reservations. It arrived in a bag that didn’t mention anything about Cat7. No markings whatsoever, it just called it a patch cord without specifying what type. The more I look into cat types, the more I’m starting to understand that there may be no ‘real’ cat7 yet. I think it’s just an agreed upon future standard that hasn’t quite been implemented yet, but people are selling nonetheless. Now, since I’m actually using this ‘cat7’ cable for something else, I needed to cut off the connectors anyway which allowed me to verify that each twisted pair is in fact individually shielded with foil in accordance with what I understand cat7 calls for. In addition to the separate shielding of each twisted pair, a 3rd bare ‘drain wire’ is included with each pair. Kinda weird, I wasn’t expecting that, but it’s a good thing for my application, giving me 4 individually shielded 3 wire groups for a total of 12 wires. 1 thing I noticed that seemed ‘off’, was…

and pretty flexible as well You wouldn’t think a 3′ length of cat 6 would make a difference, but this little cable between the router and modem actually showed an increase in speed; in particular the upload speed. It’s really well shielded, I guess, and pretty flexible as well, which is great considering the tight spaces these things end up in. I like the flat cable, it’s easy to work with. The connectors appear to be first rate — they make a nice tight connection and the plating seems uniform and heavy enough to prevent oxidation. They even came with protectors over the connectors. This is a really well thought-out product for 6 bucks. I’ll definitely buy more of these in longer lengths when I’m ready to rewire. I can recommend them highly. Oh, I got a nice email from Yuki of the Ugreen team. Seems like a nice guy. I hope they’re successful so they keep offering these cables. Buy ’em up, guys.
